ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days (Time taken to get order ready at our place of work ) after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customized or personalized products may require additional production time depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

Orders are shipped through reputed courier and logistics companies such as:

  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Xpressbees
  • India Post
  • Other available courier partners

Courier selection depends on delivery location and service availability.


DELIVERY CONDITIONS

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details including:

  • Full address
  • Landmark (if any)
  • Contact number
  • Recipient name

Giftsbasket.in shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners generally make 2 delivery attempts.

The order shall be considered successfully delivered in the following situations:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Premises locked
  • Recipient refuses delivery
  • Package accepted by security/reception/neighbour

In such cases, re-delivery or refund may not be applicable.


DELAYED DELIVERIES

Deliveries may get delayed due to:

  • Bad weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political disruptions
  • Traffic restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Strikes or courier operational issues
  • High seasonal demand

In such situations, we request customers to cooperate and allow additional delivery time.

DAMAGED OR OPEN PACKAGE

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or open package:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear images/videos for verification.

NON-SERVICEABLE AREAS

Certain remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable by our delivery partners. In such cases:

  • The order may be cancelled and refunded, or
